Academic Staff Recruitment Policy
Presented by Dr. Shivan Ahmed Mohammad, the Academic Staff Recruitment Policy was thoroughly reviewed and discussed. After addressing all relevant comments and ensuring alignment with institutional standards and strategic priorities, the Committee finalized and approved the policy.

UoD Delegation Policy
Presented by Dr. Nazar Ameen Mohammed, the UoD Delegation Policy was reviewed following the completion of all required revisions. The Committee confirmed that all comments and recommendations had been addressed satisfactorily. The SCSP Committee approved the UoD Delegation Policy and authorized it to proceed to the next stage within the university governance framework.

Policy Training Workshop Schedule

The Policy Training Workshop Schedule was presented by Mr. Shavger Ahmed Ali, who emphasized the importance of organizing structured training sessions to support effective policy implementation across the university.

Dr. Dawood stressed the importance of adhering strictly to the proposed training schedule to ensure timely policy implementation and institutional compliance. The Committee agreed to postpone the decision regarding attendance eligibility until it is aligned with the approved policies.

Dr. Shaheen, representing Quality Assurance, formally requested that participation points be assigned to workshop attendees to encourage engagement and accountability.

The University Compliance Committee (UCC) expressed its high level of satisfaction with the performance and progress of the University Policy and Legal Office (UPLO). Additionally, Dr. Shivan Ahmed Mohammad highlighted the importance of appointing a Compliance Officer to further enhance the efficiency, monitoring, and implementation of institutional policies.
